Hallbar Homes Ltd is a company based in the UK whose origins and ethos come from Trivselhus AB, a Swedish house builder, famous for the quality of its designs and its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

We work with landowners and their agents, planners and surveyors to develop beautiful sustainable eco-homes, on sites that seek to achieve something special. Our ambition is to create a legacy, both in terms of sustainability, but also to create Place.

All our homes are built using the Climate Shield construction method. This has been developed over the last 35 years, evolving only when new improved materials and methods have been fully tried and tested.

A Hallbar home has high energy efficiency with very low running costs and low carbon impact. Solar PV Panels and a storage battery, as well as air tight construction, all go to ensure our eco credentials.
